The Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE) is a premier higher-education and research institution located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Established in 2016 under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, it is designated as an “Institute of National Importance” and modeled on the lines of IITs and IIMs.
